604builders was started by two longtime friends & co-workers who knew they could make a difference in the residential construction industry by challenging the status-quo.
Meet The Team
Chris McGregor
Founder
Chris started 604builders wanting to make a difference in the market and bring exceptional experiences to clients.
Leveraging his 16+ years of residential, commercial, & operational construction successes combined with a strong customer service background, Chris strives to ensure that all his clients receive exceptional products, service and a great customer experience.
Never content with the status-quo, Chris is known for working tirelessly with staff, trades and clients streamlining process that ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget and exceed customer satisfaction.
When Chris is not delivering amazing projects and client satisfaction, he can be found on his bike, skis, or in the mountains. Not content with challenges at work, Chris has competed in and completed multiple bike races – ranging from multiple one day events all the way to three 7-day grueling mountain bike stage races. Most recently Chris devotes his spare time as a volunteer ski instructor with VASS – a program that provides snow sports programs for people with disabilities at all three Vancouver mountains – Grouse, Seymour and Cypress.
Tadashi Kubota

Tadashi brings 18+ years of customer success & delivery experience to the 604builders team. With a strong background in business development, customer service and technology such as integrated smart home automation, Tadashi, his experience is a perfect fit for finding ways to create client satisfaction and project success.
His approach is family-like: collaborative to developing incredible solutions while being passionate about delivering a wow customer experience.
He works closely with our award winning strategic partners throughout Canada to ensure we can offer our customers the best fit products from the latest innovations to environmentally sustainable solutions.

Lead Construction Hand
Meet Scott Priebe, our seasoned Lead Construction Hand at 604 Builders. With a rich tapestry of experience, Scott's journey began in metal fabrication, evolving through roles such as a third-year apprentice machinist, plumbing industry professional, and a stint in plastic fabrication. His professional portfolio even includes an impressive 12 years as a commercial diver.
In 1999, Scott ventured into entrepreneurship, starting a handyman business that organically blossomed into a successful renovation enterprise. His life has been dedicated to making and fixing things, showcasing a wealth of skills in residential construction—from plumbing, framing, and waterproofing to tiling, finishing, flooring, and painting.
Scott is more than just a master of his craft; he's a customer service virtuoso. He approaches each project with a homeowner's perspective, listening attentively to their questions, comments, and requests. For Scott, every residence he renovates becomes his own, ensuring that the client's vision is not only met but exceeded. His commitment to excellence and personalized service sets him apart in the construction realm, making him an invaluable asset to our team and a trusted partner for our clients.
