Today we are delighted to announce the addition of Paul Cripps to the 604Builders family! Paul brings a wealth of design & construction expertise to our offering, as well as an incredible outgoing personality which is well suited to building strong relationships with our clients and vendors.
Having trained in Architecture in the UK, he set up a design & development urban regeneration company in his home city of Manchester, repurposing disused commercial spaces & carving up oversized Victorian houses into funky & eclectic residential spaces.
Paul loves to travel and his journey brought him here, to Vancouver, 20 years ago. He set out to make a difference, launching The London Loft Company on the North Shore. Having spent the past 12 years designing and building loft spaces across Vancouver.
Paul is passionate about sensible design, stretching the dollars, repurposing, building green and avoiding unnecessary land fill.
His focus at 604builders is creative project design & detail, permits, project management & customer liaison.
When not delivering projects, Paul is either out running or coaching youth soccer with NVFC. After a mildly impressive soccer career (depending who you talk to) he stepped into marathon running and has so far completed 12 including the Polar Circle Ice Marathon up in the Arctic Circle and in 2018 was proud to finish the legendary Knee Knacker Ultra-Marathon here on the North Shore.
